About “Mr. Z”

Mike Zerbini is a graduate of The University of Hartford with both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Over the years, his business associates and clients have nicknamed him “Mr. Z”. He has owned, managed and sold several single family homes, multi-tenant properties and commercial buildings which ignited his interest in real estate. His understanding of construction and the building trades, along with his experience in negotiations, sales and management, provides a strong foundation for him to personally advise his clients in all aspects of property transactions and management. What sets “Mr. Z” apart from other real estate agents is his focused attention to detail. His unique analytical and technical skills, together with his passion to achieve and exceed his client’s objectives, make for a winning combination. He is a Licensed Electrical Contractor in CT and has earned Real Estate Licenses in CT, RI & MA. “Mr. Z” and his wife are both lifelong residents of Connecticut and reside in Stonington. He is a fluent speaker of the Greek language. They are the proud parents of 3 adult children, their spouses, and 2 grandchildren.

CHARLESTOWN, RI 

Charlestown is a town in Washington County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 7,827 at the 2010 census. Charlestown is named after King Charles II, and was incorporated in 1738. The area was formerly part of the town of Westerly. It was in turn divided and the part north of the Pawcatuck River became the town of Richmond in 1747.

MYSTIC, CT 

Settled in 1654, Mystic was once a shipbuilding seaport village and a safe harbor for tall ships to weather a storm.  Today, the shoreline community with iconic Bascule Bridge is reminiscent of it’s rich maritime past, but clad with quintessential New England charm. In 2010, the population was 4,205.

Groton, incorporated in 1705, is a town in New London County, Connecticut located on the Thames River. It is the home of General Dynamics Electric Boat, which is the major contractor for submarine work for the United States Navy. Groton has a population of 40,115 as of the 2010 census.

STONINGTON, CT 

The town of Stonington is located in New London County, Connecticut in the state’s southeastern corner. It includes the borough of Stonington, the villages of Pawcatuck, Lords Point, and Wequetequock, and the eastern halves of the villages of Mystic and Old Mystic. Population was 18,545 at the 2010 census.
