Recently I was referred to the IMT Real Estate Agency. Mike Z was the
agent whom assisted me in the possibility of purchasing a home. Even
with all his hard work and patience in an unusual situation, it was
just not the night time for me to purchase a home. Having had a small
window of opportunity to purchase and with needing a duplex (vacated on
both side) it was a difficult situation.
Mike Z was very caning and understanding, was a great hand holder for
an overwhelmed, emotional person. I had a situation where we needed a
home for two families, and needed to find and close on a place in a short
period of
time. He tried his best, even when we had found a home that we thought
was perfect. He was helpful when it ended up being a nightmare.
He was understanding and helpful with all the finalization and
completion of this task. I have decided just to rent a larger home for
the family and maybe in the near future we will pursue this endeavor
again.
I would and have recommended Mike Z to all that are in need of
purchasing a home. In the future, I would not hesitate to contact him
to pursue a purchase, if that is our plan.
